Donating at ABC Storage Gives Holiday Aid to Harrisburg PA Families
We watched COVID-19 wreak havoc on our local economies, and some of our neighbors are still going to be feeling its effects during the winter holiday months. We are making it easier than ever to support Harrisburg residents by accepting donations at our storage facility on North Meadow Lane. When you donate to The Salvation Army, you are directly helping a neighbor in need, as the proceeds are distributed on a local level.The Salvation Army uses donations for its holiday initiative “Rescue Christmas” to assist with bill pay, grocery shopping, support of homeless shelters, and more. Its Angel Tree program helps put presents under Christmas trees for children whose parents are not able to afford presents this year. The holidays are a special time of year, but it is up to us to make sure all of our neighbors get to celebrate and have a sense of security after this long year.
